My name is Corinne Dobbas. I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition – and I’ve spent nearly 10 years helping clients take back their power from food, feel confident in their body, and reconnect to themselves.
To tell you the truth, I used to be an obsessive calorie counter and yo-yo dieter. I spent the better part of my young adulthood reading health magazines and trying every celebrity diet, because I thought being a certain size would finally make me feel better about myself.
But it never worked. At my lowest weight, I was more miserable than ever.
My relationships were disconnected, I was so unhealthy, and I was driving myself crazy constantly thinking about what I “should” or “shouldn’t” eat.
That’s when it hit me: the number on the scale was never going to make me happy.
I needed to change from the inside out.
I stopped calorie counting – and started listening to my body. And my life kept getting better and better… Today, I feel confident in my clothes, eat what I want without guilt, and have deep connections that make me truly happy.
