About Your Guide

Corinne Dobbas, MS, RD is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition and Food and Body Image coach. Corinne teaches women radical self-care, intuitive eating, and self-compassion. She takes an intuitive eating, non-diet, Health at Every Size (HAES) approach to nutrition and health, helping her clients take back their power from food, heal their body image issues, and reconnect with who they are as a WHOLE person.

Corinne is an eternal believer that it’s never too late to be who you want to be. Her wellness tips and coaching insights have been featured in numerous editorials, including Elephant Journal, Tiny Buddha, Woman’s Day, and MindBodyGreen. She received a Masters of Science in Nutrition from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. How is the course run?

The course is entirely online, so you can move through it at your own pace. After you enroll, log into the course site any time and access all the course materials, including lessons, worksheets, handouts, bonuses, and audio, video and slide downloads. What will I need to take the course?
