  1. How is the course run?
The course is entirely online, so you can move through it at your own pace. After you enroll, log into the course site any time and access all the course materials, including lessons, worksheets, handouts, and audio, video and slide downloads. As long as you have internet access, you’ll have access to the course materials.
  2. What will I need to take the course?
Access to a computer, the internet, a journal, an open mind, kindness, and a strong knowing that change is important to you.
  3. When will I complete the course?
On average, most women finish the course work within 2-4 months. But even when they’ve completed the worksheets and listened to the lessons, many go back and re-listen to the lessons as inspiration or helpful reminders. One client would save the audio lessons to her phone and listen to one every morning on her way to work to start her day off right, even after completing the course! Another set aside a weekly “power hour” to complete the lessons. Bottomline: you’ll find what works for you at your own pace.
  4. What if I’m an international participant?
Awesome! As long as you have internet access you’re good to go! You can log-in and work on the course, just like everyone else, on your own time.
  5. How much access will I have to you (Corinne)?
I’ll be answering questions in your Facebook group and posting inspiration there, as well as conducting Facebook live videos. If you have any questions, email me anytime at Hello@CorinneDobbas.com. However, I encourage program participants to post to the Facebook group so others may benefit from their question and the provided feedback.
  6. What is the refund policy?
You have 7 days from your purchase date to ask for a full refund. I offer a 100% refund within 7 days of your purchase date because I know that if you do ALL of the coursework, you will see a shift in how you view yourself, your body and food. Should you choose a refund, access to the program, Facebook group and all course materials will be revoked.
  7. Will I lose weight?
Maybe. Maybe not. But regardless of whether you lose weight or not, you will walk away feeling comfortable and confident in your body, actions, words, and decisions regarding food. Ultimately, you’ll discover how to (finally) ditch the diet and achieve self-acceptance and an approach to feeling happy in your body that’ll last a lifetime.
  8. What if I have an active eating disorder?
If you have an active eating disorder, please make sure you get proper care from your personal health care professional as soon as possible – or reach out and get support. This program does not provide the level of care required for healing from an eating disorder. I am not a mental health care professional. I focus on coaching. The big difference here is that “coaching” means you’re 100% ready to move forward and you’re physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually ready to do so. I do not offer medical advice. The program isn’t intended to treat something related to an underlying medical or mental health condition.
  9. Who is this program best suited for?
This program is best suited for women who want a healthy happy relationship with food, themselves, and their body. Or, who want to feel comfortable in their skin. It’s for women who are ready to feel more secure and confident in their body and life. And who want to begin living, eating, thinking, and moving in a totally different way - no dieting or crazy food or exercise rules required.
  10. Will I be successful?
This is a question I want you to think about. The program works. But, it all depends with where you are in your life and your openness to it. This is not a cookie-cutter weight loss program. In fact, it’s the exact opposite. If you’re looking for me to tell you what to do and when, this program is NOT for you. This is a deep program that requires self-reflection, a strong desire to move forward, and the willingness to let the past go and move ahead. If you put in the work and feel in your heart that this is the right fit for you, it probably is. If you feel resistance or a little scared, that’s totally normal. But if you never challenge yourself and if you never get uncomfortable, you won’t grow.
  11. What will happen once I complete my purchase?
You’ll receive a welcome email from me to you and you’ll automatically be logged into the course, so you can be transforming your relationship with food, yourself, and your body.
  12. What exactly are we going to learn?
See below for an overview of each lesson.

So what exactly are you going to learn?

With so much love, XXO

What other women are saying about Ditch the Diet. Get MORE.

"When I first heard about “Ditch the Diet,” I was intrigued by the idea of living a life of health without following a meal plan or tracking calories or points. My initial hesitation was the price. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on health programs that were, ultimately, fruitless. I was worried that I’d just be throwing money away again. Today, I can say I'd absolutely recommend the course and that it has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made. Overall, I’ve noticed that I’m just in a better mood. I still have days when I’m hard on myself, but more often than not, I’m observational rather than judgmental about the things I do and the choices I make. Corinne is the most attentive and encouraging coach I have ever worked with. She never shames you, she’s there to cheer you on as you make positive changes, and she gives suggestions while allowing you to consult your inner wisdom to find the answers that best suit you and your life."

- Jordan H, Charlottesville, Virginia

“I definitely have seen a dramatic difference in mindless eating and my old habit of turning to food for comfort. This class is definitely meant for anyone who wants to stop the yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, restriction, counting calories, and feeling so frustrated with the whole "I am not good enough till I lose weight cycle."

- Lisa K, Ardmore, Pennsylvania

“As someone who has been there done that with diets, I knew restrictive diets made me rebel and binge. I cannot even begin to list all the changes I’ve noticed since working with Corinne. It was a game changer for sure. I have never felt so strong and secure in my own body, and I give her so much credit for that change. I am 100% certain that I would have never achieved my breakthroughs without Corinne’s guidance. Corinne’s genuine compassion paired with her wealth of knowledge and experience is just what I needed after everything else had failed me far too many times. She connected the dots between nutrition, emotion, and confidence to achieve my success.”

- Elizabeth B, San Diego, California

“After decades of dieting, I had a lot of foods that I considered off limits. Corinne showed me how to take back the power of certain foods and how to allow them back in my life in a healthy way. None of the diet plans out there address the issues Corinne does, which explains why most work for a time and then fail when you go “back” to your normal ways. I LOVED my time with Corinne! Our conversations were like food/body image therapy for me! It was a psychological/emotional treat every time we spoke.”

– Nicole K, San Rafael, California

“The other day it hit me: Working with Corinne through the program made me realize that I’ve had it in me all along….I just needed to believe I could do it and stay the course….kind of like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz when Glinda, the good witch, spoke to her at the end of the movie!!!!”

– Donna P, Newton, Pennsylvania

"The scale no longer has power over me! I immediately thought of you and was so thankful for all the work we did together. It was amazing! In all my adult life, I've never been able to look at the number on the scale and not let it control me. I no longer beat myself up over it. I wanted to let you know what a huge impact you have had on me and my view of myself. Transformational! So thank you, thank you, thank you! "

– Nicole, K, Boston, Massachusetts
